The Churchill, Beverley, Duberley and Byfield tents sits in the grounds of an old manor house, in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside. There are eight bell tents, all kitted out with more than a dash of flair and comfort, from memory foam beds to the wood burners that keep them cosy. The tents share a kitchen and shepherd’s hut showers and loos, but each has a firepit you can cook on and these tents come with private hot tubs, built by the owners themselves. The whole site has the air of a relaxed mini festival. You’ll meet other guests as you stroll around and probably when you wander over to the horsebox bar for a drink of something local.
Presuming you didn’t spend a bit too much time at the horsebox in the night, you’ll be out and exploring during the day. Walk straight down to the shores of Grafham Water and then on around the nine-mile circular, or try your hand at trout fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. The nearby activity centre has everything from high ropes to archery and the reservoir is a SSSI and thriving ecosystem, bursting with wildlife to keep an eye out for. If you’re less energetic then why not ask about on-site yoga, or just for directions to The Wheatsheaf, where you can eat a great dinner before you come home for a bit of hot tub time and toasted marshmallow dessert.

The Duberley tent allows for you to bring your pets and enjoy gentle walks by the water, evenings in the local pub and a beautiful bell tent in the woods to come home to – all within an hour of London.
We are a enthusiastic pop-up Glamping Company that is also available for private bookings.
